Ethan's Testimonial

When I first started CrossFit, it was very reluctantly and only because my friend Scott Dunaway promised to pay for the first couple months. I had a bad stigma in my mind regarding CrossFit for no particular reason, so I wasn’t very invested at first. I figured why not give it a couple months and call it a day. Scott's paying for it after all.


That was roughly a year and a half ago and I can't thank Scott enough for bringing me into the gym. My mindset towards CrossFit changed so quickly, it would make your head spin. It went from just going to work out to going to hang out with my friends, achieve new goals, and most importantly HAVE FUN. After all, if it isn't fun and you don't enjoy it, you probably won't put in all the effort.


Once I was fully invested into CrossFit, I began seeing more results than I ever had in my life in regards to strength, endurance, and weight loss. After I saw some of those results and with some help from my now Fiance, Marie, I cleaned up the diet a bit and the results got even more noticeable. In the time i’ve been at CrossFit Enapay I have been able to lose 32 pounds while getting considerably stronger.


CrossFit Enapay is a great place to be if you’re looking to have fun, work hard, and achieve your goals. All you have to do is put in the work.
